About This Grant

One-off support payments to local groups and organisations delivering initiatives that create lasting benefits in the communities where BMD operates. We look for events or initiatives which align with increasing diversity within the construction industry, leaving lasting legacies in the community and/or contributing to the sustainability or environmental improvement of a region.

Eligibility

Community trust; incorporated community association; not-for-profit; social enterprise; charity; Public Benevolent Institution; school. Your application must align with one or more of the following categories: arts and culture; health and wellbeing; environment; education; community safety; youth engagement.

Legal requirements: Tax Concession Charity (TCC), Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1), Public Benevolent Institution, Social enterprise, Nonprofit legal entity (inc. assn, company, coop. or trust), School, ACNC Registered Charity

Exclusions

For profit organisations, including businesses; Government departments (excluding schools); political activities; individuals seeking support for personal projects; religious activities or events; overseas travel for study purposes; organisational operating costs; companies or requests that bring BMD into repute.
