Nominations must fall within their key areas and guidelines, and the family member putting it forward must be really passionate about it. Founded by Loti and Viktor Smorgon's daughters including Ginny Green, Vicki Vidor, Bindy Koadlow, and Sandra Bardas. Family involvement extends over three generations.
