The Foundation’s mission is lasting transformational change for children and young people impacted by poverty, abuse, marginalisation and discrimination in Australia. Focus on young people facing life challenges up to the age of 25, with two key groups of focus, 7-14 years of age, and 15-25 years of age. Partners with organisations that provide programs and services directly aligned with their mission and that specifically address their strategic priorities: Safe Spaces, Safe Relationships; Securing Just Futures; Youth Employment; Medical Research.

Primary geographic focus is the State of Victoria. Grants can only be made to organisations that are registered as a Charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and endorsed by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
