About This Grant

As part of their Pledge 1% commitment, Aussie Broadband offer discounts on selected internet and technology services to not-for-profit (NFP) organisations, charities, and groups. If eligible the helping communities connect program will provide your organisation: discount on products; access to staff volunteers; ability to promote and share your impact stories; potential fundraising account credit income through the Refer a Supporter benefit; key internet and technology support tailored to the NFP and charity sector. The program supports a range of groups, including emergency services such as fire brigades and SES groups, sporting clubs, Scout groups, and other non-for-profit groups and associations. Sponsorships are ongoing however you may be required to reconfirm your charity or NFP status every 12 months and complete a feedback survey.

Eligibility

Discounted services: incorporated not-for-profit organisation; charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC); Australian public company limited by guarantee whose governing rules demonstrate an NFP purpose; majority owned Indigenous businesses and organisations.

Legal requirements: Aboriginal Community-Controlled, Nonprofit legal entity (inc. assn, company, coop. or trust), ACNC Registered Charity
