About This Grant

Australia’s longest-running and most prestigious sustainability awards recognise leadership in biodiversity, climate change, and First Nations people, reinforcing the diversity of sustainability with over 14 categories. Awards are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Categories: Agriculture and Regional Development; Circular Economy; Climate Technology Impact; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Healthy Planet, Healthy People; Large Business Sustainable Leadership; Marketing and Communications for Impact; Nature Positive; Net Zero Action; PlaceMaking; Responsible Supply; SME Sustainable Leadership; Sustainable Leadership in the eCommerce Industry; Sustainable Tourism.

Eligibility

Entry fees apply to all awards. You must relate all your answers back to the SDGs you are addressing in your project. The initiative must be primarily undertaken in Australia or must be shown to have a substantial impact on or in Australia. It can be a global concept implemented in Australia.

Legal requirements: Tax Concession Charity (TCC), Social enterprise, Academic institution, Aboriginal Community-Controlled, Nonprofit legal entity (inc. assn, company, coop. or trust), Unincorporated, auspiced, P&C Assn or P&F Assn, Local government, Government body, For-profit, ACNC Registered Charity, Unincorporated group

Exclusions

Organisations or individuals who have been prosecuted for a violation of any environmental, social or commercial law in Australia or overseas in the past 12 months.
