The CommBank Staff Foundation (CBSF) is a fund established by the Bank and aims to support the wellbeing of Australian communities by providing funding to a range of community organisations directed towards improving the health, welfare and wellbeing of the community. Recognising organisations making a tangible difference in all areas of the community. Also, Super Grants are chosen via staff nominations and a national staff vote awarding an extra $80,000 to six charities.

Must have DGR1 status, and must hold a current Australian bank account.
