The purpose of the Foundation is to provide a meaningful, effective, and inclusive way for all employees to engage with and support causes in the communities that they are passionate about — in a manner that reflects the values of the firm. Supports a wide range of charities helping disadvantaged children and communities in Australia and overseas, as well as animal welfare projects. Several national grants are made each year in addition to smaller grants at a local level. Sub-funds established by Macpherson Kelley’s clients also sit within this structure.
