Designed to encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contributions individuals, communities, and businesses are making throughout regional and rural NSW and ACT. Nominations can be made in the following categories: Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Small Business Community Ally Award; Awards Australia Community Group Award; Awards Australia Foundation Local Legend Award; Konica Minolta Customer Service Award; NSW Government Council Crown Land Management Excellence Award; NSW Government Crown Land Management Excellence Award; NSW Government Individual Excellence in Crown Land Management Award; Synaco by Synergie Safety Award.

Businesses, groups, organisations and/or individuals; nominees must be residing in NSW or the ACT (for a minimum of 2 years) or the nomination activity must be specific to NSW or the ACT; nominees who are selected as Finalists should endeavour to attend the Gala Awards Presentation Dinner on Saturday 29 November, 2025.

Previous winners of the Regional Achievement and Community Awards are not eligible to nominate in an Award category they have already won.
