Grants are awarded based on customer submissions, which are evaluated and awarded by Good2Give. support all community organisations, including: Health; Community; School/Education; Disability; Animals; Sports.

The individual making the application: must be an employee of a current customer of realestate.com.au; must be appropriately authorised by their agency to make the application and must have notified the principal of the agency of their intention; must be prepared to communicate with the community organisation named in the application and realestate.com.au relating to the grant and its implementation. The funds must only be used for expenses related to supporting the primary activity of the organisation named in the application and for the purpose described in the application.

Legal requirements: Nonprofit legal entity (inc. assn, company, coop. or trust)

Expenses or travel for personal fundraising challenges or personal activities where the organisation named in the application has no involvement; cash payments to individuals (this includes depositing into individual bank accounts); retrospective funding; organisations funding political, missionary, or military pursuits. No additional funds for branding will be awarded, all costs to co-brand an activity with an organisation must be covered by the requested grant amount. Grants will only be paid to the Applicant - funds will not be awarded directly to the community organisation.
