About This Grant

Supply Nation connects Indigenous businesses with procurement opportunities from government and corporate buyers. While not a grant, becoming a Supply Nation certified supplier opens access to billions of dollars in procurement spending under the Commonwealth Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP).

Certification validates that a business is at least 50% Indigenous-owned and controlled. Registered suppliers gain access to the Supply Nation directory, networking events, and capability-building programmes.

Eligibility

Must be at least 50% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander owned and controlled. Must hold a current ABN and be actively trading.

How to Apply

Proof of Aboriginality, business ownership documentation, ABN, and capability statement. Certification process includes verification of Indigenous ownership.

Barayamal Tip

Supply Nation certification is the single most important step for any Indigenous business wanting to access government contracts. The annual Connect conference is also excellent for networking. Start with Registered status (free) then upgrade to Certified when you are ready.
