The Foundation works with not for profit organisations to achieve both positive short-term outcomes and longer-term systemic change in the areas of at-risk Youth, Human Rights and the Environment. They take a multi-year funding approach to demonstrate commitment to partners. They recognise the importance and necessity of funding core operational costs to build the capacity of an organisation. They actively invite other donors to collaboratively fund with them in order to maximise the impact of their support.

The Foundation seek out and identify dynamic leaders of not for profit organisations with a strong governance model, who are flexible in their approach and open to collaboration with others.

Legal requirements: Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1), ACNC Registered Charity, Public Benevolent Institution, Tax Concession Charity (TCC), Nonprofit legal entity (inc. assn, company, coop. or trust)
