Determined to remove barriers that prevent the creation of a fair future, they focus efforts on three key areas. The three focus areas are complemented by a series of impact missions that allow us to respond to existential threats and urgent challenges in an agile and targeted way. Focus areas: Communities; Gender Equality; Natural Ecosystems; Impact Missions (Plastics and Human Health, Crisis Response, Artificial Intelligence). Communities: all children in Australia reach their full potential in thriving communities. Gender Equality: all people realise their inherent freedom and equality. Natural Ecosystems: healthy ecosystems safeguarded for all generations.

They recognise that some barriers to change are greater than others. In response, they apply the lens of climate change, gender equality and First Nations to all their work, engagements and partnerships to ensure they don't lose sight of the inequity these areas face.
