Every VivCourt employee receives at least $20,000 as a social bonus annually that they are free to donate to any not-for-profit. Through this powerful mechanism, they’re helping people and causes across the planet and taking on issues as diverse as global hunger, discrimination, chronic disease and climate change. Donations are given without any need or expectation of anything in return so the organisations can use the funds where they are needed most.
