About This Grant

To help facilitate initiatives that highlight the importance of mental health within diverse communities and raise awareness of mental health issues in line with the annual theme. Encourages individuals, groups or organisations to propose projects or events that promote mental health awareness and dialogue. Grant applications must align their event dates with Mental Health Month, enhancing the significance and impact of the program. Categories: General; Youth; CALD; LGBTQIA+; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.

Eligibility

Organisation, group, or initiative is based in NSW or delivers services to NSW communities; community group, not-for-profit organisation, school, or local service; proposed project or event will be delivered during Mental Health Month (October); activity aligns with the Mental Health Month theme.

Exclusions

Ongoing operational costs (e.g. rent, wages, utilities); funding is used to profit your organisation/group/community; organisation/group or initiative is not based on NSW.
