At a minimum, requirements are: registered non-profit organisation; alignment to the Macquarie Group Foundation's grantmaking focus area in the relevant region; ability to demonstrate current or potential opportunities for Macquarie staff involvement.
Applicants must have DGR and TCC status. Geared towards small to medium-sized organisations. Preference is given to Victorian organisations, but will consider requests relating to a national or broad focus from organisations in other states.

Organisations must be not-for-profit and incorporated; financial support only; organisations geographically located in an area where we have significant facilities or numbers of employees including: Longford/Sale (Gippsland, Victoria); Long Island; Point/Hastings (Western Port, Victoria); Altona and Yarraville (Melbourne, Victoria).
All donor recipients must be qualified tax exempt organizations under section 501(C)3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service or the equivalent federal designation in another country. Currently, the FFF is focused on funding strong organizations in San Diego County.
They have 25 community partnerships nationally, and support local communities all over Australia. Their Pro Bono work act for low income and vulnerable people who cannot obtain Legal Aid, and for not-for-profit organisations which support them.
They are proud to work alongside reputable non-profit and community organisations from large-scale projects through to grass roots ones. Projects with staff volunteering or in-kind support elements are preferred.
The organisation must be DGR1 registered; beneficiaries must be in Australia; the initiative is designed by, or with, intended beneficiaries; aims to establish, or further develop, progressive ideas with the potential to broaden or deepen the scale of impact; the organisation has the capability to measure outcomes.
