FirstCard’s initial development is funded by a $25,000 NAB Foundation Community Grant. It is operated by Barayamal (an Indigenous-led not-for-profit, ABN 13 618 487 139, Gunnedah NSW) as a free, not-for-profit service — not a bank card or government ID.
