Impact systems · Project register
Every river runs to
self-determination.
Sixteen projects. Four impact pathways. One destination — First Nations self-determination, built since 2016.
This is the Barayamal river system. Each pathway is a river, each project a waterhole. Follow any river — capacity, markets, policy or culture — and it reaches the same sea.

Select any waterhole to open its project card. Project numbers are stable IDs and do not change when a project moves between statuses.

How to use this project register
Start with the three labelled fields on each active project card. A fourth availability label appears when there is a time-sensitive action, such as an expression of interest.
Status — is the project operating?
- Active
- Currently delivered, maintained or publicly usable.
- Paused
- No current public delivery or open action, but retained pending a published next step.
- Retired
- No longer maintained and not planned to restart. No projects are retired in this snapshot.
Health — has delivery been assessed?
- Amber
- A published issue or delivery risk needs attention.
- Unassessed
- No public delivery-health assessment has been made. It does not imply Green.
- Not applicable
- Used where there is no current delivery to assess.
Health describes delivery risk, not evidence of impact.
Format and availability — what is it?
Format identifies the work, such as a platform, program, learning portfolio, research project, toolkit, guide or extension. Availability appears only when a current action has been verified.
Current portfolio: 16 projects — 12 active and 4 paused. Completed deliveries and related initiatives are listed separately and are not included in the 16-project total.
Assessment method and current review notes
Portfolio snapshot: 17 July 2026. Each card shows its own record review date, which may differ from the portfolio snapshot.
Delivery health has been published for two active projects; the remaining ten are explicitly marked unassessed. No Green ratings have been inferred.
9 August 2026: presentation, terminology and accessibility were updated without changing any project lifecycle state or published health rating. The next portfolio review date will be shown once scheduled.
