Quick Reflection 2020 – Barayamal

It was a challenging year but like our ancestors who adapted and thrived for millenniums, we continue to get stronger. Our work this year:

✅ Launched our first virtual accelerator which will allow us to scale and support more First Nations entrepreneurs.
✅ Built resources to help differentiate between Indigenous vs Western Entrepreneurship.
✅ Launched an open-source model to allow technologists to help progress our projects.
✅ Onboarded world-class Advisors who will provide invaluable hands-on support for our lean charity.
✅ Designed Australia’s first virtual co-working space for Indigenous entrepreneurs which we’ll launch in 2021.
✅ Built and tested (six early users) a legal information AI-prototype within 2 weeks. Next step is to build the conversation flow before onboarding 50 early users.
✅ Launched the 3% Pledge that aims to gain the support of Aussie VC’s to support Indigenous entrepreneurship.
